General Questions
We provide Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy services. This includes assessment, direct therapy, and telehealth. These sessions can occur at home, school or a community setting, or at our centre in South Perth. We also offer coaching sessions, consultations with parents and schools, and can support you to access appropriate funding models for your child, based on their specific needs.
We service the Perth metro area. Our telehealth service is available for those unable to access face to face sessions. Please get in touch with us so we can discuss your specific location, and potential travel charges to your area.
No, you do not need a referral to commence services. We only require families to complete a service access form so that we can gather any important information needed.
In order to determine your child’s specific needs, we complete an initial assessment when you commence services. If you have recently been assessed by another provider, we are happy to review and input their findings into our program. We do not require a formal assessment prior to commencing services, as we can complete this as part of our service.
We accept private payment, self-managed NDIS plans and NDIS plan managed plans. We also accept Medicare rebates.
We can provide individualised training to suit families’ specific needs, but we are also able to deliver group-based training on an as needs basis. We will be running the ‘Hanen Program’ regularly so express your interest via the enquiry form below.
We are flexible with the services that will best suit the needs of the child and their family. Direct therapy sessions usually run for one hour, but this can be slightly reduced, or increased, based on the child’s needs and goals.
